Summary

List messages from Sinch Conversations using optional filters such as contact ID, conversation ID, time range, page size, and channel.

Inputs

• Filters — Use filters to refine the list of messages returned. Optional filters include Contact ID, Conversation ID, Start Time (to list messages after a timestamp), End Time (to list messages before a timestamp), Page Size (number of messages to return, max 1000), and Channel (SMS, WhatsApp, or RCS).

Output shape

a list of message records, each containing message ID, direction, accept time, channel, identity, app ID, contact ID, conversation ID, message text, metadata, app and contact message details, and raw API response data. If more messages are available, the last item includes a nextPageToken for pagination.

The operation supports pagination via a nextPageToken property included in the last message record when more pages exist. All filter fields are optional. Time filters accept dateTime values and are converted to ISO strings for the API request.
