Summary

Lists Clockodo time entries grouped by the selected criteria within a required time range. Optional filters restrict which entries are included, and settings can round durations, adjust project names, or calculate revenues for hard-budget projects.

Inputs

• Time Since (required) — Start of the time range for grouped entries.
• Time Until (required) — End of the time range for grouped entries.
• Grouping (required) — One or more grouping criteria: customer, project, service, user, entry text, lumpsum service, billable status, lumpsum status, year, week, month, or day. Defaults to customer.
• Filter: User ID — Limit results to entries for this user.
• Filter: Customer ID — Limit results to entries for this customer.
• Filter: Project ID — Limit results to entries for this project.
• Filter: Service ID — Limit results to entries for this service.
• Filter: Lumpsum Service ID — Limit results to entries for this lumpsum service.
• Filter: Billable — Filter by billable status: all, not billable, billable, or already billed.
• Filter: Texts ID — Limit results to groups with this entry text ID.
• Filter: Text — Filter by a substring in the entry text.
• Filter: Budget Type — Filter by budget option, such as soft or strict budget, completed or incomplete, or without budget.
• Round to Minutes — Round durations to the specified number of minutes; 0 disables rounding.
• Prepend Customer to Project Name — Include the customer name before the project name in the response.
• Calc Revenues for Hard Budget Projects — Also calculate revenues for projects with a hard budget.
• Request Options — Configure request batching, SSL certificate validation, an HTTP proxy, or request timeout.

Output shape

A list of grouped time-entry results.
