Summary

Creates an environment in an Infisical project using its display name and slug, with an optional display position. Makes one API request for each input item and returns the created environment.

Inputs

• Project ID (required) — ID of the Infisical project where the environment will be created.
• Environment Name (required) — Display name for the environment (1–255 characters).
• Environment Slug (required) — Slug for the environment (1–64 characters), such as dev, staging, or prod.
• Position — Optional display position; lower numbers appear first. The UI default is 1.

Output shape

One item per input item, containing the created environment as JSON.

Uses the environment object from the API response when present; otherwise returns the response body. Each output item is paired with its corresponding input item.
