Summary

Retrieve multiple records of a specified custom entity type from EspoCRM, optionally filtering, sorting, paginating, and selecting specific fields.

Inputs

• Entity Type Name or ID (required) — Specify the type or ID of the custom entity to fetch records for (e.g., Opportunity, Case, Product). Select from the provided list or use an expression.
• Return All — Choose whether to retrieve all matching records or limit the number of results.
• Limit — Set the maximum number of records to return when not returning all.
• Filter Options — Configure additional querying options including boolean filters (e.g., onlyMy, followed), pagination offset, sorting field and direction, a base primary filter, fields to return, JSON filter conditions (EspoCRM API format), and whether to skip total count calculation to improve performance.

Output shape

a list of custom entity records matching the specified criteria

Supports pagination via 'Limit' and 'Offset'; filtering via 'Where' JSON condition and other filters; 'Select Fields' restricts returned fields; 'Skip Total Count' can improve performance for large datasets; returns data as an array of entity objects.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 100 Opportunity custom entity records ordered by creation date descending, selecting only their id and name.

Set 'Entity Type' to Opportunity; enable 'Return All' false; set 'Limit' to 100; in 'Filter Options' set 'Order By' to 'createdAt' and 'Order Direction' to 'desc'; set 'Select Fields' to 'id,name'.
