Summary

Exports data from a selected Zoho Analytics view in CSV, JSON, XML, XLS, PDF, HTML, or image format. Optionally filters rows with raw Zoho criteria or conditions built from columns, operators, and values; if synchronous export is not allowed, the node retries using Zoho’s asynchronous export job API.

Inputs

  • Organization (required) — Select the Zoho Analytics organization.
  • Workspace (required) — Select the workspace containing the view.
  • View (required) — Select the view to export.
  • Response Format — Choose CSV, JSON, XML, XLS, PDF, HTML, or Image. Defaults to JSON.
  • Enable Criteria — Enable row filtering. Defaults to false.
  • Criteria Mode — When filtering is enabled, choose Raw Criteria or Filter Builder. Defaults to Raw Criteria.
  • Criteria — In Raw Criteria mode, enter a Zoho WHERE-style expression. Supports comparison operators, LIKE, IN, NOT IN, BETWEEN, AND, and OR.
  • Filters — In Filter Builder mode, add conditions and combine them with AND or OR. Choose a column from the dropdown or enter its exact name manually; select an operator and provide a value when required. IN and NOT IN take comma-separated values; BETWEEN takes two comma-separated values. Value handling can be automatic, string, number, or raw.

Output shape

A single n8n item for each input item.

For JSON format, the item's json contains the response returned by Zoho. For other formats, json contains responseFormat and data, with the export response converted to a string. Export errors are raised unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an error field is returned for that input item.
