Summary

Retrieves a list of addons from Zoho Billing for a chosen organization, optionally filtered by status and product, and returns each addon as its own n8n item.

Inputs

  • Organization (required) — Zoho organization to query. Options are loaded from the /organizations endpoint. It is sent as the X-com-zoho-subscriptions-organizationid header.
  • Return All — If true, pages through /addons (200 per page, incrementing page) until a page returns fewer than 200 results, and returns every addon. Default false.
  • Limit — Shown only when Return All is false. Sent as per_page on a single request for page 1. Minimum 1, default 200.
  • Filter By — Free-text status filter sent as the filter_by query parameter, e.g. AddonStatus.ACTIVE or Status. All (check the Zoho docs for valid values). Omitted if empty.
  • Product ID Filter — Restricts results to addons of one product, sent as the product_id query parameter. Omitted if empty.

Output shape

A list of items, one per addon object returned under the addons key of the Zoho Billing API response. Each item's json is the raw addon record.

Without Return All, only one page of up to Limit addons is fetched. The call runs once per input item, and each output item is paired to its input item. If the response has no addons array, nothing is output for that input. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed call yields an item with an error message instead of stopping the workflow. The API base URL is chosen from the credential (override URL, token api_domain, or the regional auth URL).

Examples

Example 1: Fetch every addon for a product

Select the organization, set Return All to true, and set Product ID Filter to the product's ID.

Example 2: Preview the first 10 addons regardless of status

Return All false, Limit 10, Filter By set to Status.All.
