Summary

Retrieves invoices from a Zoho Billing organization via GET /billing/v1/invoices, optionally filtered by status, returning either all invoices or a capped number as one n8n item per invoice.

Inputs

• Organization (required) — Zoho Billing organization, chosen from a list loaded from /organizations. Sent as the X-com-zoho-subscriptions-organizationid header.
• Return All — If true, pages through /invoices (page by page, 200 per page) until a page returns fewer than 200 items, and returns every invoice. Default false.
• Limit — Shown only when Return All is false. Sets per_page for a single request (page 1). Minimum 1, default 200. Values are floored to an integer.
• Filter By — Free-text status filter passed as the filter_by query parameter (e.g. Status.All, Status.Paid). Omitted when empty. Valid values come from the Zoho docs; the node does not validate them.

Output shape

A list of items, one per invoice object, taken from the invoices array of the Zoho response. Each item is paired to the input item that produced it.

Runs once per input item. Non-object entries are dropped. If no invoices match, no items are returned for that input. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed request yields an item with an error message instead of stopping. With Return All off, only a single page of up to Limit invoices is returned, so a Limit above Zoho's per-page maximum may not return that many. The API region is derived from the credential (override URL, token api_domain, or accounts URL).

Examples

Example 1: Fetch every invoice for reporting

Select the Organization, set Return All to true, and set Filter By to Status.All.

Example 2: Get the 20 most recent invoices matching a status

Select the Organization, set Return All to false, set Limit to 20, and set Filter By to a status value such as Status.Paid.
