Summary

Promote a member in a Telegram chat, setting various administrative privileges for the target user in the specified chat.

Inputs

• Chat ID (required) — Unique identifier for the target chat or username (@channelusername).
• User ID (required) — Unique identifier of the target user to promote.
• Additional Fields — Optional administrative privileges to assign to the promoted user, such as managing chat, posting messages, editing messages, deleting messages, managing video chats, restricting members, promoting members, changing chat info, inviting users, pinning messages, managing topics, and story-related permissions.

The output contains the result property with the response data or an error if the operation fails. If multiple items are processed, each result is returned as an individual JSON object in the output array.
