Summary

Send an animation file to a specified Telegram chat using a file ID, URL, or binary data, with optional caption, parse mode, reply markup, and additional message options.

Inputs

• Chat ID (required) — Unique identifier for the target chat or username (@channelusername) where the animation will be sent.
• File Source (required) — Method to provide the animation file: File ID, URL, or Binary Data.
• File ID (required) — File ID of the animation to send. Required if File Source is 'File ID'.
• File URL (required) — URL of the animation file to send. Required if File Source is 'URL'.
• Binary Property (required) — Name of the binary property containing the animation file. Required if File Source is 'Binary Data'.
• Caption — Caption text to send with the animation.
• Parse Mode — Formatting mode for the caption text: None, Markdown, MarkdownV2, or HTML.
• Reply Markup (JSON) — Inline keyboard, reply keyboard, or other reply markup provided as JSON.
• Additional Fields — Optional additional message parameters like disable notification, protect content, reply to message ID, message thread ID, disable web page preview, and allow sending without reply.

Output shape

a single message object representing the sent animation message

The response contains the Telegram API response under 'json' with all message details of the sent animation. If multiple items are processed, multiple message objects are returned.

Examples

Example 1: Send an animation by File ID with a caption and Markdown formatting

Specify Chat ID, select File Source as File ID, enter the File ID of the animation, provide a caption, and set Parse Mode to Markdown.

Example 2: Send an animation by uploading binary data

Specify Chat ID, select File Source as Binary Data, set Binary Property to the name of the binary input containing the animation, optionally add a caption, and choose parse mode and additional fields as needed.
