Summary

Send a WhatsApp template message from a selected Wasapi phone number to one or more recipients, with values for the template’s variables. Optionally set chatbot and conversation status and assign the conversation to an agent.

Inputs

• Sender Phone Number Name or ID (fromId) (required) — Select a Wasapi phone number from the list or provide its ID.
• Recipient Name or ID (recipients) (required) — Enter up to 20 comma-separated phone numbers, BSUIDs, or WhatsApp usernames. Phone numbers must include the country code and omit the plus sign and spaces.
• Template Name or UUID (templateId) (required) — Select a template from the list or provide its ID. The template variables field shows variables available for the selected template.
• Template Variables (template_vars) (required) — Add each template variable you need, selecting its name and entering a value.
• Chatbot Status (chatbot_status) — Choose Enable, Disable For 24 Hours, or Disable Permanently for the conversation; defaults to Enable.
• Conversation Status (conversation_status) — Choose Open, On Hold, Closed, or Unchanged; defaults to Unchanged.
• Assign Conversation to an Agent (agent_id) — Select an agent to assign the conversation to. The field description says this applies only when the status is open.
