Summary

Create a new team in Worktables with specified name, guest status, users, and optionally allow the team to be empty.

Inputs

• Team Name (required) — Specify the name of the team to create.
• Is Guest — Set to true if the team should be marked as a guest team; defaults to false.
• Users — Select one or more users to be added to the team by choosing from a list or specifying user IDs via expressions.
• Allow Empty Team — Set to true to permit creating a team without any users; defaults to false.

Output shape

a single record representing the newly created team, including its details as returned by the Worktables API

The output contains the created team's information after successful creation. If 'Allow Empty Team' is false and no users are specified, creation may fail depending on API server validation.

Examples

Example 1: Create a team named 'Project A' with users selected and marked as guest

Team Name set to 'Project A', Is Guest set to true, Users selected from list, Allow Empty Team false

Example 2: Create an empty team named 'Observers' when empty teams are allowed

Team Name set to 'Observers', Is Guest false, Users empty, Allow Empty Team true
