Summary

Retrieve purchase proposal items from the Zen ERP system using optional query parameters to filter, sort, or paginate the results.

Inputs

• q — String to use as a search query to filter purchase proposal items.
• order — String indicating the sort order of the returned items.
• first — Number specifying the zero-based index of the first record to return (for pagination).
• max — Number specifying the maximum number of records to return (limits result size).

Output shape

A list of JSON objects, each representing a purchase proposal item matching the query parameters.

The operation returns an array of items matching the optional filters; if no items match, an empty array is returned. Errors are reported per item if 'continueOnFail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 10 purchase proposal items containing 'widget' sorted by creation date ascending.

Set 'q' to 'widget', 'order' to the desired sorting string, 'first' to 0, and 'max' to 10.
