Inputs

• to (required) — Recipient address to receive tokens
• amount (required) — Amount in token units (e.g., "1.5" for 1.5 tokens) or wei
• from (required) — Sender address authorized to transfer tokens

Output shape

a success confirmation with no body

Errors are propagated; no additional fields are returned.
