Summary

Update a SmartProof client by selecting it from the list or entering its SmartProof ID or external reference, then sending the chosen field changes. You can edit its name, website, external reference, review link, signals, slug, status, and widget brand colours.

Inputs

• Client (required) — Select a client from the searchable list, or enter its SmartProof ID (cl_…) or external reference.
• Update Fields — Optionally set the client’s external reference, name, review link, signals JSON, slug, status (Active or Churned), and website. Empty string values are omitted from the request. A non-empty Signals JSON object is sent as the client’s per-type toast templates; an empty object does not clear existing signals.
• Brand Colours — Optionally set the client’s widget theme, accent, star, background, text, secondary text, and quote colours, plus transparent background. When supplied, this object replaces the client’s existing brand settings; include every colour setting you want to retain.
