Summary

Retrieve metrics and analytics for a specific contact by their UUID from the Cortex API.

Inputs

• Contact ID (required) — The UUID of the contact whose metrics you want to retrieve.

Output shape

a single JSON object containing the metrics and analytics data for the specified contact

Returns detailed metrics data for one contact identified by the given UUID. Errors may be returned if the contact ID is invalid or the API call fails.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve metrics for a contact

Set resource to Contact, operation to Get Metrics, and provide the contactId parameter with the UUID of the contact.
