Summary

Update a conversation's Kanban column or owner by specifying the conversation UUID and optionally providing a new column ID and/or owner ID to assign. If neither column ID nor owner ID is supplied, no changes are made.

Inputs

• Conversation ID (required) — The UUID of the conversation to update.
• Column ID — The new Kanban column ID to move the conversation to. Leave empty to keep the current column.
• Owner ID — The new owner ID to assign to the conversation. Leave empty to keep the current owner.

Output shape

a JSON object representing the updated conversation data, or a JSON object with status 'no_changes' if no update fields were provided.

The operation sends a PUT request to update the conversation resource. If no new column or owner values are provided, it returns an object with status 'no_changes' without making an API call.
