Summary

Synchronize specified contacts or leads by their CRM object IDs with the Crono Public API, optionally adding them to a list or enrolling them in a sequence.

Inputs

• API Version — Crono Public API version number (default is '1').
• Use Raw JSON — Whether to send a raw JSON data payload. If true, the data is sent as provided under a 'data' property.
• Data (JSON) — Raw JSON data object to send when 'Use Raw JSON' is enabled. The node automatically wraps this under the 'data' property.
• Additional Fields — Key-value pairs of additional data fields merged into the payload when 'Use Raw JSON' is false.
• Object IDs (required) — Comma-separated list of CRM object IDs of the contacts or leads to synchronize.
• Is Lead — Boolean flag to indicate whether the provided object IDs should be treated as leads (true) instead of contacts (false, default).
• List ID — Optional Crono list ID to which the synchronized contacts or leads will be added at the end of the synchronization job.
• Strategy ID — Optional Crono sequence (strategy) ID to enroll the synchronized contacts or leads in upon completion of the synchronization.

Output shape

a JSON response object from the Crono Public API reflecting the result of the synchronization request

The response contains status and details about the synchronization operation. Pagination does not apply. Errors during synchronization are surfaced as execution errors in the node.
