Summary

Searches Crono tasks using either a raw JSON request body or the node’s task filters, and returns matching tasks. The structured filters can narrow results by dates, task type and status, related company/contact/deal, lists, sequence, external properties, and score; optional pagination and opportunity inclusion are also available.

Inputs

• API Version — Crono Public API version; defaults to 1.
• Use Raw JSON — When enabled, provide Search (JSON) as the raw search request body. Otherwise, use the structured task filters and Additional Fields to build the search payload.
• Search (JSON) — Raw JSON search request body, shown when Use Raw JSON is enabled.
• Additional Fields — Optional field/value pairs merged into the structured search payload.
• Return All — When using structured filters, choose whether to return all results or cap them with Limit and Offset. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum tasks to return when Return All is off; defaults to 50.
• Offset — Number of tasks to skip when Return All is off; defaults to 0.
• Date — Filter tasks by a specific date.
• Contact ID — Filter by contact ID.
• Deal ID — Filter by deal ID.
• Completed — Completed-task filter.
• Type — Filter by one task type: Call, Email, Generic, InMail, or LinkedIn.
• Subtype — Filter by one LinkedIn subtype.
• Types — Filter by multiple task types.
• Subtypes — Filter by multiple LinkedIn subtypes.
• Since — Only tasks updated since this date/time.
• To — Only tasks updated before this date/time.
• Automatic — Automatic-task filter.
• Has Automation Error — Filter for tasks with an automation error.
• Has Deal — Filter according to whether a task has a deal.
• From CRM — Filter according to whether a task is from the CRM.
• From Sequence — Filter according to whether a task is from a sequence.
• Company ID — Filter by company ID.
• Contact List ID — Filter by contact list ID.
• Lead List ID — Filter by lead list ID.
• Company List ID — Filter by company list ID.
• Sequence ID — Filter by sequence ID.
• Sort By — Sort by activity date, created date, or step, in the selected direction. Defaults to Activity Date.
• Company External Properties (JSON) — Company external property filters.
• Contact External Properties (JSON) — Contact external property filters.
• Lead External Properties (JSON) — Lead external property filters.
• With Opportunities — Whether to include opportunities in task search results; defaults to false.
• With Contact Score — Whether to include contact score information.
• With Company Score — Whether to include company score information.
• Lead Score Levels — Filter by selected lead score levels: High, Medium, or Low.
• Contact Score Levels — Filter by selected contact score levels: High, Medium, or Low.
• Company Score Levels — Filter by selected company score levels: High, Medium, or Low.

Output shape

A list of matching task items.

Structured search supports Return All or limit/offset pagination. The source pack provides signatures only, so response pagination and exact item fields are not shown.
