Summary

Create a Customermates contact with the required first and last names, and optionally set its email addresses, messaging channels, custom field values, or associations with deals, organizations, tasks, and users. The operation sends the contact data to Customermates and returns the API response as one output item for each input item.

Inputs

• First Name (required) — The contact’s first name.
• Last Name (required) — The contact’s last name.
• Additional Fields — Optional comma-separated email addresses; messaging channels with a provider and required channel value, plus optional messaging ID, display name, and profile URL; custom column/value pairs; and IDs for deals, organizations, tasks, or users to associate with the contact. Duplicate custom column IDs are omitted, and empty string fields are removed before sending.

Output shape

A single record per input item, containing the Customermates API response for the created contact.

Each output item is paired with its corresponding input item. With Continue On Fail enabled, an error item is returned for an input that fails.
