Summary

Update an existing Customermates organization by UUID, optionally changing its name, associating contacts, deals, tasks, or users, and setting custom field values. The operation sends the supplied fields in a PUT request and errors if no update fields are provided.

Inputs

• ID (required) — The organization’s UUID.
• Update Fields (required) — Provide at least one field to update. Name changes the organization’s name; Contact Names or IDs, Deal Names or IDs, Task Names or IDs, and User Names or IDs set associated records; Custom Field Values sets one or more custom columns, whose values are strings. Association and custom-column IDs can be selected from loaded options or supplied with expressions.

Output shape

A single item containing the API response for the updated organization.

The response is returned as received from the API; the source does not unwrap an organization property or add custom-column metadata. Each input item is processed separately. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item that errors instead returns an error message in its JSON.

Examples

Example 1: Change an organization's name and associate a deal

Set the organization UUID, then provide a new Name and select the Deal Names or IDs to associate.

Example 2: Set a custom organization field

Set the organization UUID and add a Custom Field Value with a custom column and string value.
