Summary

Searches Customermates contacts and returns each match as an n8n item. You can filter by a search term, sort results, and return all matches or cap the output at a limit.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, fetches all matching contacts across pages. When disabled, returns up to the Limit (default 25; UI range 1–1000).
• Limit — Maximum number of contacts to return when Return All is disabled.
• Additional Fields → Search Term — Optional term used to filter contacts.
• Additional Fields → Sort By — Sorts by Created At, Name, or Updated At; the UI default is Name.
• Additional Fields → Sort Direction — Sorts ascending or descending; the UI default is ascending.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per returned contact.

Each item contains the contact record as JSON and is paired with its input item. If the API response includes customColumns, that value is added under _meta.customColumns to each returned contact. The node requests pages of 100 contacts; Return All continues until a page contains fewer than 100 results, while a disabled Return All stops at the specified limit.
