Summary

Retrieves conversation threads from Customermates, optionally filtering them by a search term. Returns up to the configured limit or fetches all available results.

Inputs

• Return All — Defaults to false. When false, the node returns up to Limit threads; when true, it paginates through all available threads.
• Limit — Maximum number of threads to return when Return All is false; defaults to 25. The API is queried in pages of 100.
• Search Term — Optional term used to filter threads.

Output shape

A list of thread items, one per result.

Each item contains a thread record. If the API response includes customColumns, they are added under _meta.customColumns. Items retain their pairing to the corresponding input item.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 25 threads matching a search term

Leave Return All off, keep or set Limit, and enter a Search Term in Additional Fields.

Example 2: Retrieve every available thread

Turn Return All on; the node fetches successive pages until fewer than 100 results are returned.
