Summary

Move one or multiple deals of a specified lead within a selected pipeline to a designated stage, optionally creating a note on the lead with a reason for the movement.

Inputs

• Lead (required) — Identify the lead to update either by selecting from a searchable list or by entering a lead ID manually.
• Pipeline (required) — Choose the pipeline containing the deal(s) associated with the lead, either from a searchable list or by providing its ID.
• Etapa Destino (Destination Stage) (required) — Select the target stage within the chosen pipeline to which the deal(s) should be moved, either from a list dynamically loaded based on the pipeline or by direct ID entry.
• Criar Nota no Lead (Create Note) — Toggle to create a note attached to the lead documenting the reason for moving the deal(s). Defaults to true.
• Nota / Motivo da Movimentação (Note Content) — Provide the text content of the note created on the lead if note creation is enabled.
• Seleção de Negócio (Deal Selection) — Choose whether to move only the most recently moved deal within the pipeline or all deals associated with the lead in that pipeline.

Output shape

a list of updated deal records corresponding to the moved deals

The operation individually patches each deal's stage and returns their updated data. When multiple deals exist and 'All deals' is selected, multiple records are updated and returned. Errors occur if required inputs are missing or invalid.

Examples

Example 1: Move all deals of a lead in a pipeline to a new stage and create a note documenting the reason.

Lead selected from list; pipeline selected from list; destination stage selected from the pipeline's stages; create note enabled with reason text; deal selection set to 'All deals'.
