Summary

Send a text message to WhatsApp groups within a SendFlow campaign.

Inputs

• Campaign (required) — Select the campaign (releaseId) whose groups will receive the message. Supports dynamic expressions.
• Message Text (required) — The text to send. Use {{variable}} for dynamic values.
• Account — Select the WhatsApp account to use. Leave empty to rely on Account IDs from Additional Options.
• Choose Specific Groups — When true, target only the groups selected in the Groups field; otherwise, message goes to all groups in the campaign.
• Groups — List of group IDs to message. Populated based on the selected Campaign. Visible only when Choose Specific Groups is true.
• Additional Options — Collection of optional settings for the message send.

Returns the raw response from the SendFlow /actions/send-text-message endpoint (e.g., message IDs, status, timestamps).

Examples

Example 1: Send a promotional text to all groups in a campaign

Set Campaign to the desired release, leave Account blank (or select one), keep Choose Specific Groups false, fill Message Text, optionally adjust Shipping Speed.

Example 2: Send a time‑limited offer to specific groups

Set Campaign, enable Choose Specific Groups, pick the target Groups, provide Message Text, set Scheduled to true and provide Scheduled To, optionally set Shipping Speed to Fast.
