Summary

Create a FormNode organization with a required name and optional slug and integration mappings. The node sends the values to the organization creation endpoint for each input item.

Inputs

• Name (required) — Organization name.
• Slug — Optional URL-friendly identifier; omitted from the request when empty.
• Integration Mappings — Optional list of key-value pairs, such as tenantId or customerId mappings. The node combines these into an integrationMappings object; repeated keys use the last value.

Output shape

One item per input item, containing the API response as JSON.

Requires FormNode API credentials. Each organization is created with a POST request to /api/v1/organizations; output items retain their paired input item. Errors stop execution unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an error message is returned for the affected item.
