Summary

Lists approvals for a specified form, optionally filtered by status. Results are returned as individual n8n items; enable Return All to fetch across pages.

Inputs

• Form ID (required) — ID of the form whose approvals to list.
• Return All — Defaults to false. When false, returns up to the Limit; when true, fetches pages until the API indicates there are no more results.
• Limit — Maximum number of approvals to return when Return All is false. Defaults to 50; the UI allows values from 1 to 100.
• Status Filter — Optionally filter by Pending, Approved, Rejected, Expired, or Cancelled. All is the default and sends no status filter.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per approval, each containing the approval record in its json property.

Requests GET /api/v1/forms/{formId}/approvals using the FormNode API credentials. Pagination reads response.data and follows response.meta when Return All is enabled. If response.data is not an array, that page contributes no items.
