Summary

Lists submissions for a specified form, optionally filtering to those created at or after a given time. Returns each submission as a separate n8n item, fetching additional pages when Return All is enabled.

Inputs

• Form ID (required) — ID of the form whose submissions to list.
• Since — Optional date and time; includes submissions created at or after this time.
• Return All — When enabled, fetches pages of up to 100 submissions until pagination indicates there are no more. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of submissions to fetch when Return All is disabled. Defaults to 50; the UI allows values from 1 to 100.

Output shape

A list of submission items, with each submission as one item’s JSON data.

Uses the authenticated FormNode API. With Return All disabled, requests one page; with it enabled, follows pagination metadata or advances by the number of returned submissions. If Continue On Fail is enabled, an item-level error is returned for failures.
