Summary

Updates a tracked prompt's topic assignment and tag list via the Peec AI MCP API.

Inputs

• projectId (required) — Select the project from a list or provide the project ID (or_xxxxxxxx...).
• promptId (required) — Select the prompt to update from a list or provide the prompt ID (pr_xxxxxxxx...).
• updateFields — Collection of fields to update. Options include Tag IDs (full replacement, comma-separated), Topic ID, and Unset Topic (boolean).

Output shape

a single record for the updated prompt

Returns the updated prompt data. Text and country_code are immutable; only topic and tags can be changed.

Examples

Example 1: Reassign a prompt to a new topic

Select Project, select Prompt, set Topic ID to the new topic.

Example 2: Replace all tags on a prompt

Select Project, select Prompt, set Tag IDs to a new comma-separated list.

Example 3: Clear a prompt's topic

Select Project, select Prompt, set Unset Topic to true.
