Summary

Retrieve personal items of a specified type and status from the current workspace in Qingflow OA, optionally for a specific user ID.

Inputs

• User ID — The ID of the user whose items to retrieve; if empty, the configured credential user ID is used.
• Type (required) — The category of items to retrieve, such as pending items, my applications, CC'd items, drafts, or completed items.
• Status (required) — A filter for the item's status, with available options depending on the chosen Type (e.g., all, urgent, approved, rejected, unread).
• Return All (required) — Determines whether to return all matching results or limit the number of returned items.
• Limit — Maximum number of results to return when Return All is false; minimum value is 1.

Output shape

a list of JSON objects representing the individual's items matching the specified criteria in the current workspace.

Returns either all or up to the specified limit of items filtered by type and status. If an error occurs and 'Continue on Fail' is enabled, error details are output instead of a failure.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 20 pending items for the credential user with status 'all'

Type set to '待办事项', Status to '全部', Return All disabled, Limit set to 20.
