Summary

Retrieve information about all applications visible in a Qingflow workspace, optionally filtered by a specific user's visibility or favorites.

Inputs

• User ID — External ID of a member to query their visible applications. If empty, the userId configured in the credentials is used; if that is also unset, retrieves all applications in the workspace.
• Favourite — When a User ID is provided, select whether to retrieve all visible applications (value 0, default) or only those the user has marked as favorites (value 1). Ignored if User ID is empty.

Output shape

a list of application records with information about each app visible to the user or the workspace

Returns all applications if no User ID is specified or configured. If User ID is specified, filters to that user's visible applications or favorites based on the Favourite option.

Examples

Example 1: Get all applications visible to the credential's user ID (default)

Leave User ID empty, Favourite at default 0

Example 2: Get all applications visible to a specific user

Set User ID to the member's external ID, Favourite to 0

Example 3: Get all favorite applications of a specific user

Set User ID to the member's external ID, Favourite to 1
