Summary

Fetch application data records from a specified Qingflow OA application using filtering, sorting, and pagination options.

Inputs

• App Key (required) — The appKey of the Qingflow application to retrieve data from, found in the app URL or via the workspace applications API.
• 数据类型 (required) — Type of data to retrieve, such as all data, personal pending tasks, processed tasks, initiated and approved requests, etc.
• Return All — Whether to return all matching results or limit the number of returned records.
• Limit — Maximum number of records to return if Return All is false, up to 200.
• 查询条件逻辑关系 — Logical relation (AND/OR) used between multiple field query conditions.
• 全局模糊搜索关键字 — A fuzzy search keyword applied globally on all fields.
• 指定申请ID列表 — Specify exact applyIds (request IDs) to filter results, comma-separated.
• 排序配置 — Sorting configuration specifying ascending/descending and field IDs to sort by.
• 字段查询条件 — Field-level query conditions including field IDs, value ranges, user ID lists, search keys, and options to filter data precisely.
• 高级选项 — Advanced options including use of a raw JSON request body replacing above parameters.

Output shape

a single JSON array containing the retrieved application data records matching the criteria

Supports full pagination if 'Return All' is true, otherwise limited by 'Limit'. Returns data directly from Qingflow API; errors are included in output if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.
