Summary

Retrieves a list of Change Orders from Acumatica, filtered by criteria set in the filter fields (such as Change Date, Class, Customer, Description, etc.) and/or an advanced custom OData $filter string.

Inputs

• Change Date Filter — Filter by Change Date with operators: Equals, After, On or After, Before, On or Before.
• Class Filter — Filter by Class with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Commitments Change Total Filter — Filter by Commitments Change Total with operators: Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal.
• Completion Date Filter — Filter by Completion Date with operators: Equals, After, On or After, Before, On or Before.
• Contract Time Change Days Filter — Filter by Contract Time Change Days with operators: Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal.
• Cost Budget Change Total Filter — Filter by Cost Budget Change Total with operators: Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal.
• Customer Filter — Filter by Customer with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Description Filter — Filter by Description with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Detailed Description Filter — Filter by Detailed Description with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• External Ref Nbr Filter — Filter by External Ref Nbr with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Gross Margin Filter — Filter by Gross Margin with operators: Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal.
• Gross Margin Amount Filter — Filter by Gross Margin Amount with operators: Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal.
• Hold Filter — Filter by Hold with operator: Equals.
• Last Modified Date Time Filter — Filter by Last Modified Date Time with operators: Equals, After, On or After, Before, On or Before.
• Original CO Ref Nbr Filter — Filter by Original CO Ref Nbr with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Project ID Filter — Filter by Project ID with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Ref Nbr Filter — Filter by Ref Nbr with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Revenue Budget Change Total Filter — Filter by Revenue Budget Change Total with operators: Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal.
• Revenue Change Nbr Filter — Filter by Revenue Change Nbr with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Reverse Status Filter — Filter by Reverse Status with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• Status Filter — Filter by Status with operators: Equals, Contains, Starts With.
• customFilter — Advanced OData $filter expression (e.g. CustomerID/value eq 'CUST001'). Applied in addition to any filter fields above.

Output shape

An array of Change Order objects, each containing the fields of the Change Order as defined in the Acumatica API.

The exact shape of each Change Order object depends on the Acumatica schema and the fields selected by the API (all fields by default unless limited by $select, which is not exposed in this operation).

Examples

Example 1: Get Change Orders for a specific customer

Set Customer Filter: Operator = Equals, Value = 'CUST001'

Example 2: Get Change Orders modified after a certain date

Set Last Modified Date Time Filter: Operator = After, Value = '2024-01-01T00:00:00'

Example 3: Get Change Orders with a Reference Number containing 'ABC'

Set Ref Nbr Filter: Operator = Contains, Value = 'ABC'
