Summary

Retrieves a list of expense claims from Acumatica with optional filtering.

Inputs

• ApprovalDateFilter — Filter by approval date: operator (Equals, After, On or After, Before, On or Before) and date value.
• BaseCurrencyIDFilter — Filter by base currency ID: operator (Equals, Contains, Starts With) and string value.
• ClaimedByFilter — Filter by claimed by: operator (Equals, Contains, Starts With) and string value.
• ClaimTotalFilter — Filter by claim total: operator (Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal) and numeric value.
• CurrencyIDFilter — Filter by currency ID: operator (Equals, Contains, Starts With) and string value.

• VATExemptTotalFilter — Filter by VAT exempt total: operator (Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal) and numeric value.
• VATTaxableTotalFilter — Filter by VAT taxable total: operator (Equals, Greater Than, Greater Than or Equal, Less Than, Less Than or Equal) and numeric value.
• customFilter — Advanced OData $filter expression (e.g., CustomerID/value eq 'CUST001'), applied in addition to any field filters.

Each object represents an expense claim record containing fields such as RefNbr, Date, Description, ClaimTotal, Status, etc. (exact fields depend on Acumatica schema).

Examples

Example 1: Get all expense claims for a specific customer

Set CustomerIDFilter with operator Equals and value 'CUST001'.

Example 2: Get claims approved after a date using a custom filter

Leave field filters blank and set customFilter to 'ApprovalDate/value gt 2024-01-01T00:00:00'.
