Summary

Sends a prompt to the selected ApexApi chat model and returns its generated content with the raw API response.

Inputs

  • Model Name or ID (required) — Select a chat model from the loaded list or provide a model ID using an expression.
  • Prompt — User message to send to the model.
  • System Prompt — Optional system message that precedes the user prompt.
  • Temperature — Sampling temperature from 0 to 2; defaults to 0.7.
  • Max Tokens — Maximum token count; defaults to 1024.

Output shape

A list of items, one per input item, each containing JSON fields content and response.

content is the first choice's message content, or an empty string if absent. response contains the raw API response. The request is non-streaming.
