Summary

Create a new employee (contact) in the specified company within Axonaut using provided employee details and optional additional fields.

Inputs

• Company (required) — Select the company to which the employee will be linked, either from a searchable list of companies or by specifying the company ID directly.
• Add Fields — Provide employee details such as first name, last name, email, phone, position, and department to specify the employee's information.
• Additional Fields — Optionally include extra employee properties such as external ID, tags, internal notes, or any custom API fields not covered by predefined properties.

Output shape

a single record representing the created employee, including all properties returned by Axonaut's employee creation API.

The output contains the full employee object as returned by the Axonaut API after creation. Errors during creation will halt execution unless 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: Create an employee linked to a company, setting their first and last names, email, position, and optional notes.

Set the 'Company' by selecting from a list or entering an ID; fill in 'Add Fields' with employee details; optionally add extra notes or tags under 'Additional Fields'.
