Summary

Create a contact in a Chatwoot inbox via the public API

Inputs

• resource (required) — Set to 'Public' to use public inbox operations
• operation (required) — Set to 'Create Contact' (maps to publicContactCreate)
• authentication (required) — Choose 'Parameters' (requires BaseUrl) or 'Predefined Chatwoot Credentials' (BaseUrl + Token)
• baseUrl (required) — Base URL of the Chatwoot instance (shown when authentication = Parameters)
• inboxIdentifier (required) — Inbox identifier used to locate the target inbox
• name — Contact name
• inboxId — Inbox ID
• phoneNumber — Phone number
• email — Email address
• sourceId — Internal source contact identifier
• contactIdentifier — Contact identifier
• customAttributes — Custom attributes for the contact (key-value pairs)

Output shape

Chatwoot API response containing the created contact object

Returned data shape is determined by the Chatwoot API; the node passes through whatever the API returns.
