Inward Voucher → Get Many With Details

AI-generated

Summary

Fetches paginated inward voucher headers from AMIS MISA, requests each voucher’s details, and emits one n8n item per unit of quantity for each detail line. Each output includes voucher metadata and item fields, including reference number and date, account object, stock, inward type, description, item code and name, quantity, and optional PI, declaration, and invoice numbers.

Inputs

  • Return All — Defaults to true. Fetches all matching headers, subject to Max Records; when false, Limit sets the maximum header count.
  • Limit — Maximum number of headers to fetch when Return All is false; defaults to 100.
  • Page Size — Headers requested per page; defaults to 100 (maximum 500).
  • Max Records — Safety cap on headers fetched in one run; defaults to 10000.
  • Max Output Items — Safety cap on generated output items after detail quantities are expanded; defaults to 50000.
  • Max Detail Requests — Safety cap on per-voucher detail requests; defaults to 5000.
  • Request Timeout (Seconds) — Maximum wait for each AMIS MISA request; defaults to 120 seconds.
  • Ref No Contains — Optionally filter voucher numbers by a substring.
  • Warehouse Contains — Optionally filter stock names by a substring.
  • Sort By — Select a sort field. For inward vouchers, only Refdate or Refno are accepted by the runtime; other selections fall back to Refdate.
  • Sort Direction — Sort ascending or descending; defaults to ascending. The default sort for vouchers is descending when no direction is supplied, but the UI supplies ascending.
  • Advanced Options — Optional AMIS JSON: Custom Filter JSON overrides the friendly substring filters; Filter JSON supplies the raw AMIS Filter; Custom Sort JSON overrides the selected sort. Defaults are empty.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, each containing a flattened voucher-detail row.

The operation requests details for each fetched header using its RefID. Detail rows without an item code or with a nonpositive/unparseable quantity produce no output; otherwise a line with quantity N becomes N items, each with quantity set to 1. Missing detail arrays yield no rows. Exceeding a configured safety cap raises an operation error. Requires AMIS MISA credentials with Cookie and Origin.
