Transfer Voucher → Get Many With Details

AI-generated

Summary

Fetches paginated transfer voucher headers from AMIS MISA, requests each voucher’s details, and outputs rows expanded by item and, when present, serial number. Use the filters and paging controls to narrow the vouchers before detail requests are made.

Inputs

  • Return All / Limit — Return All defaults to true. Turn it off and set Limit to cap the number of voucher headers fetched; Limit defaults to 100.
  • Page Size — Headers requested per page; defaults to 100 and supports values from 1 to 500.
  • Max Records — Safety cap on fetched headers when Return All is enabled; defaults to 10,000.
  • Max Detail Requests — Caps the number of per-voucher detail requests; defaults to 5,000. The operation errors if the fetched header count exceeds this limit.
  • Max Output Items — Caps generated n8n items; defaults to 50,000. The operation errors if the expanded output exceeds this limit.
  • Request Timeout (Seconds) — Timeout for each AMIS request, in seconds; defaults to 120.
  • Ref No Contains — Optionally include vouchers whose reference number contains this text.
  • Warehouse Contains — Optionally include vouchers whose source stock name contains this text.
  • Sort By / Sort Direction — Choose a sort field and ascending or descending order. For transfer vouchers, only RefDate and RefNo are accepted by the source; unsupported selections fall back to RefDate. Defaults to CustomerCode and ascending, so the fallback applies unless changed.
  • Advanced Options — Custom Filter JSON overrides the friendly reference and warehouse filters. Filter JSON supplies AMIS's raw Filter. Custom Sort JSON overrides Sort By/Direction. Defaults are empty.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per voucher detail serial when serials are present, otherwise one per unit of detail quantity.

Each item's json combines voucher fields (such as refNo, refDate, source and destination stock, transfer date, vehicle, transporter, and status) with detail fields (itemCode, itemName, unitName, receivedQuantity, diffQuantity, difference status and cause). Serial details produce quantity 1 with serialNumber; without serials, quantity comes from Quantity or MainQuantity and serialNumber is empty. A voucher with no recognized detail rows produces no output item. The operation requires AMIS MISA credentials containing Cookie and Origin.
