AI-generatedSummary
Send a Lark message to a selected recipient with approval buttons, a free-text response page, or a custom form, then pause the workflow until the recipient responds or the configured wait limit is reached.
Inputs
- authentication — Choose Tenant Access Token (default) or User Access Token credentials.
- receive_id_type (required) — Choose how the recipient is identified: chat ID, email, open ID (default), union ID, or user ID.
- receive_id (required) — Recipient ID, entered directly or selected from the list. The list search accepts a phone number or email.
- subject (required) — Message card title.
- message — Message body shown in the card; supports Markdown and converts escaped newlines or
tags to line breaks. - responseType — Choose Approval (default), Free Text, or Custom Form. Approval can have one approval button or approve and decline buttons with configurable labels. Free Text collects a required response; Custom Form collects configured fields, supplied through fields or JSON.
- disableButton — When enabled, disables the card buttons after a response is submitted; optional disable tips provide the disabled-button message.
- options — Configure the response button label and, for Free Text or Custom Form, the response page title, description, submit label, and custom CSS. Set a wait limit as an interval or specified date and time. An optional request ID is declared for idempotency.
Output shape
One item containing a data object with the response and messageId.
Approval returns data.approved as a boolean; Free Text returns data.text; Custom Form returns submitted field values under data. The workflow waits indefinitely unless a limit is configured, then resumes on response or when the limit is reached. The request ID is exposed in the UI for approval and response types, but the source does not use it in the send or wait handling.
