Summary

Looks up Lark user records in batches using email addresses and/or mobile numbers. Choose tenant or user access token authentication, and optionally set the returned user ID type and whether to include resigned employees.

Inputs

• Authentication — Choose Tenant Access Token or User Access Token; defaults to Tenant Access Token.
• 用户邮箱列表 (emails) — Email addresses to look up, entered as a JSON array of strings; the UI description allows up to 50. Example: ["zhangsan@z.com"].
• 用户手机号列表 (mobiles) — Mobile numbers to look up, entered as a JSON array of strings; the UI description allows up to 50. Example: ["13011111111"].
• 选项 (options) — Optionally set 用户 ID 类型 to Open ID (default), Union ID, or User ID, and 是否包含离职员工 (include_resigned), which defaults to false.

Output shape

A list of returned user records as n8n items.

The operation calls Lark's batch user lookup endpoint. The UI declares email and mobile lists but does not specify whether either may be omitted or how providing both is handled; the endpoint response is returned as supplied by the operation implementation.

Examples

Example 1: Look up users by email

Set emails to ["zhangsan@z.com"], leave mobiles empty, and choose the desired user ID type.

Example 2: Look up users by mobile number

Set mobiles to ["13011111111"], leave emails empty, and optionally include resigned employees.
