Summary

Send a media file from n8n binary data as a broadcast message to multiple phone numbers with optional accompanying text and customizable delay between messages to avoid rate limiting.

Inputs

• Phone Numbers (required) — Comma-separated list of phone numbers in international format, up to 200 numbers.
• Message — Optional text message to include with the media broadcast.
• Delay (Ms) — Delay in milliseconds between sending each message to prevent rate limiting; minimum 5000 ms recommended, defaults to 5000.
• Binary Property (required) — Name of the binary property containing the media file to send.

the API response for the bulk broadcast sending request, per execution; typically JSON indicating success or failure per message

The operation sends the media file along with the optional message text to each specified phone number, respecting the delay between sends. It throws errors if too many phone numbers (>200) are specified or if the delay is set below 5000 ms.

Examples

Example 1: Sending a broadcast media message with binary file data

Set "Phone Numbers" to a comma-separated list of numbers, specify the "Binary Property" holding the media file, optionally add a message text, and configure an appropriate delay (5000 ms or more).
