Summary

Send a media message to a specific WhatsApp contact using a media file URL, optionally including accompanying text.

• Phone Number (required) — Recipient phone number in international format without + (e.g. 628123456789)
• Message — Optional text message to send along with the media
• Media URL (required) — URL of the media file to send (image, video, audio, document)

Output shape

a single JSON response object from the API indicating the send status

The operation returns the API response for sending the media message, which includes send confirmation or error details.
