Summary

Move one or more emails identified by their UIDs from a specified source mailbox to a destination mailbox using IMAP credentials.

Inputs

• Credential Type (required) — Choose whether to use credentials defined in this node or reuse credentials from an existing N8N IMAP Trigger node.
• Source Mailbox (required) — Select the mailbox folder to move the email(s) from, either by list selection or by specifying the full mailbox path.
• Email UID (required) — Specify one or multiple email UIDs (comma separated) that identify the email(s) to move.
• Destination Mailbox (required) — Select the mailbox folder to move the email(s) to, either by list selection or by specifying the full mailbox path.

Output shape

a list of moved email records corresponding to each input UID or no output if the operation returns no data.

Supports moving multiple emails at once by specifying comma-separated UIDs. The operation connects to the IMAP server, moves the specified emails, then closes the connection; errors in connection or move operations are surfaced as node errors.
