Summary

Create a new mailbox folder in the connected IMAP account, optionally specifying if it is a top-level mailbox or a child mailbox within a parent folder.

Inputs

• Credential Type (required) — Select whether to use credentials defined on this node or reuse credentials from an existing n8n IMAP Trigger node.
• Top Level Mailbox (required) — Indicate if the mailbox to be created is a top-level mailbox (true) or a child mailbox (false).
• Mailbox — If creating a child mailbox, specify the parent mailbox folder either by selecting from a list or by providing the full mailbox path.
• Mailbox Name (required) — The name of the new mailbox folder to create.

Output shape

a list containing the results for each input item processed, with each result representing the outcome of the mailbox creation action.

Each input item is processed independently; the output array corresponds to inputs. Errors may be thrown for connection or operation failures.
