Summary

Retrieve multiple contact records from the Imobzi API, with optional filters and pagination support to control the maximum number of contacts returned.

Inputs

• recordLimit — Set the maximum number of contact records to retrieve, supporting auto-pagination up to 5000 records. Defaults to 50.
• contactFilters — Apply filters to the contact list including search text (name, email, or phone), contact origin (38 predefined options), smart lists (such as 'with deals', 'my contacts', 'new leads', etc.), tags (system and custom, 57 options), and contact type (lead, organization, person). Note that some filters like 'User Responsible' do not work on the API and always return all contacts.

Output shape

a list of contact records, each as an individual item with JSON data

This operation performs auto-pagination based on the recordLimit parameter and returns up to that number of contacts. Some filters may not function as expected due to API limitations. Errors for individual items can be returned if 'Continue On Fail' is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: List up to 100 contacts with 'with deals' smart list filter and search text 'John'

Set resource to 'Contato', operation to 'Get Many', recordLimit to 100, and contactFilters with smart_list='with_deals' and search_text='John'.
