Summary

Retrieve a list of properties with optional filtering and auto-pagination support.

Inputs

• recordLimit — Select the maximum number of property records to return, up to 5000. The node will automatically paginate to retrieve multiple pages if needed.
• propertyFilters — Apply optional filters to narrow down property results, including filtering by responsible broker (Corretor), smart list categories (e.g., updated, available, reserved), and other status or purpose filters (some filters are noted as unconfirmed and may return limited results).

Output shape

returns a list of property items as individual JSON objects, each representing a property record.

Results honor the 'recordLimit' for maximum items returned, using cursor-based pagination if needed. Filter options affect the results returned, but some filters (like 'finality' and 'status') may not work reliably and are indicated as unconfirmed in the documentation.
