Summary

Retrieve a flat list of deals (funnels) from Imobzi, applying optional filters and a maximum record limit with auto-pagination.

Inputs

• Quantidade De Registros — Set the maximum number of deal records to retrieve, with options from 50 up to all (maximum 5000).
• Filtros — Apply filters on the deals list including: user_id (mandatory, responsible broker), pipeline_id (deal stage), pipeline_group_id (funnel group), deal_status (status of the deal), and deal_type (type of business). These filters narrow the search result to matching deals.

Output shape

a list of deal records as individual items, each containing deal details and additional properties like stage_id and stage_name when applicable

The API requires the 'user_id' filter to be set for returning deals. Pagination is handled internally to respect the specified record limit. Some filters (pipeline_id and pipeline_group_id) may not function correctly due to API limitations.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch up to 100 deals for a specific broker with status 'win' and type 'rent'.

Set 'Quantidade De Registros' to '100 Registros', and under 'Filtros' specify 'Corretor' with the broker's user_id value, 'Status Do Deal' as 'Ganho' (win), and 'Tipo De Negócio' as 'Locação' (rent).
