Summary

Lists JobTread accounts, optionally filtering by account type or exact name, or searching for an account through contact email or phone. Can include primary contact and location details, recent jobs, and flattened job custom fields; results can be sorted and limited.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, returns all matching accounts across pages. Otherwise, returns up to Limit accounts (default 25; UI range 1–100).
• Filters — Optional filters: Account Type (all, customer, or vendor) and Name (exact match). Contact Email searches across discovered email-type custom fields on contacts; Contact Phone searches across discovered phone-type custom fields, including common phone format variants. Email and phone searches return matching accounts deduplicated by account ID; sorting does not apply to these searches. The filter collection also controls whether to include the primary contact (with resolved emails and phones), primary location, or recent jobs. Recent Jobs Limit defaults to 5 (range 1–25), and Include Job Custom Fields adds each included job's custom field values as a flattened map. Sort By defaults to name and supports createdAt, updatedAt, or type; Sort Order defaults to ascending.

Output shape

A list of account records.

Account records include the requested scalar fields and any selected related data. Included recent jobs are flattened into a recentJobs array; when requested, each job's custom fields appear in a customFields map. Contact email and phone search can match custom fields with tenant-specific names.
