Summary

Creates a JobTread task attached to a job, account, organization, or task template. You can set its schedule, assignees, task type, progress, and parent task; the integration resolves assignee and task type names to JobTread IDs and splits start and end date-times into separate date and time values.

Inputs

• Target Type (required) — Choose Job, Account, Organization, or Task Template to select the entity the task is attached to.
• Target ID (required) — ID of the selected target entity.
• Task Name (required) — Title of the task.
• Assigned Members — Optional list of membership IDs, user emails, or user names. The integration resolves values to JobTread membership IDs; dropdown choices show member names and emails.
• Description — Task description.
• Ends At — Combined end date and time; the integration sends the date and time separately.
• Is To-Do — Whether the task is a to-do rather than a scheduled or calendar task. Defaults to false.
• Parent Task ID — ID of an existing task under which to create this task as a subtask.
• Progress — Task progress percentage from 0 to 100; the integration converts it to JobTread's 0–1 scale. Defaults to 0.
• Starts At — Combined start date and time; the integration sends the date and time separately.
• Task Type Name or ID — Select a JobTread task type. If set, this takes precedence over Task Type Name (Lookup).
• Task Type Name (Lookup) — Task type name to resolve at execution time, useful for dynamic values. Ignored when Task Type Name or ID is set.

Output shape

A single created task record.

The task is returned from JobTread's createTask mutation under its createdTask result.
