Summary

Lists JobTread jobs, optionally filtered by customer and sorted by name, creation date, or closed date. By default it returns a lightweight set of job fields; optional detail and document rollup settings add related data at the cost of heavier queries.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, fetches all matching jobs across pages. When disabled, returns up to Limit jobs (default 25; maximum 100).
• Include Detail — Adds each job’s custom field values and the location account’s primary contact. Uses smaller pages because the added data makes queries heavier.
• Include Document Rollup — When Include Detail is enabled, fetches customer orders and invoices for each job and adds financial totals and document rollup data. This makes each job fetch heavier.
• Filters — Customer Account Name or ID filters jobs through their location’s account. Sort By supports Name, Created At, or Closed On; Sort Order supports ascending or descending. Defaults to Created At, descending.

Output shape

A list of job records, one per returned job.

With Include Detail enabled, records include a customFields map and related account primary contact data. With Include Document Rollup enabled, records also include financial totals and documentRollup fields derived from customer documents. Return All paginates through matching jobs; otherwise results are capped by Limit.
